Completing the contact form and/or presenting yourself, currently or in the past, to the firm involves the communication of your data and their storage.
Use of your data
I undertake to make normal and transparent use of your data and not to disclose it to third parties* without your explicit consent.
These are used solely for the purposes of managing the medical data of your animals as well as for traditional accounting processing.
In addition, a communication such as vaccination or appointment reminder may be sent to you by mail, text message or email.
Finally, it is not excluded that I inform you at very low frequency, through the same channels, of new products or services offered by the firm.
*Personal data concerning you which are necessary for the purposes of debt recovery may be communicated to various collection companies and lawyers in compliance with the criterion of material and temporal necessity.
Rights
You have the right to request the modification or deletion of your data as long as any contractual relationship has expired (example: invoicing, etc.).
You have the right to portability in the event of a change of service providers
