Given the individual variability of weight, species and breeds as well as the degree of clinical seriousness of the animals presented, it is impossible to precisely determine the total and exact price of the services and products administered. At your request, an estimate may be reasonably communicated to you subject to additional costs.
Payment terms
Payment for services and products sold and/or administered must be made in cash (cash or bancontact) for fee notes and when due for invoices (transfer, cash or bancontact). No credit will be accepted. In case of invoicing, the general conditions are as follows:
Any invoice not disputed within 8 days by registered mail is considered to be accepted without reservation. in the event of non-payment on the due date, interest of 12% per year and a lump sum compensation of 20% with a minimum of €50 become due automatically and without formal notice. For any dispute, only the Marche-en-Famenne court and Belgian law have jurisdiction. Personal data concerning you which is necessary for the purposes of recovering our debts may be communicated to various collection companies and lawyers in compliance with the criterion of material and temporal necessity.
Guarantee
Working on living individuals means that there is no guarantee of results for the care provided. However, the firm will make all its means available to achieve this as best as possible.
